That is absolutely F-U-G-L-Y!!! Why are so many people enamored with this car. It is a beguiling thing to look at.
Full repaint(likely to black): $1500-2500
Rebuild entire motor(since it has been sitting for so long): $600-1500 (low end DIy to high end professional rebuild and modified slightly better than stock)
Proper wheels and tires(these look like Mexican specials from Pep Boys): $2500-$5000
Total investment to make it a semi-desirable car again ca. $21000

Meh. Crackpipe, IMO. I dunno. I'm just not a big Supra guy. There are a number of cars from that era that I'd rather have, like an E36 M3.
